Use the mattress pad when it is heated and in combination with a blanket it will provide you with the warmth you need on cold winter nights. Each side is heated independently, with the corresponding controller.

The electric mattress pad should be laid flat on the bed, it should not be wrinkled or folded. Cover it with a sheet before lying down. Do not lie directly on top of it.
