It's not the best, it's not the worst product; the blades could have better stabilization, and that's where I mainly object. The leg part of the brace has a very smart and ergonomic design with multiple straps for both compression therapy and immobilization. Overall, I used it for a very serious injury with a fracture in the plateau of the tibia and a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament; it helped me a lot and is still in excellent condition. It takes a little time to adjust and properly place it; it's very important to position it correctly at the joint and also important, if the pain allows, not to press the joint the same way when lying down (meaning to loosen the straps when not walking) as it contributes to the atrophy that results from immobility. Very good for the money, it doesn't smell, and it washes easily (by hand with cold water).
