The TV was purchased from a store on skroutz. When I opened it and downloaded the cosmote tv application, it showed me a message that the TV is rooted, meaning it is not from the Greek representation. After many phone calls to xiaomi's representation (xiaomi saw that it is Greek, while the parent company infoquest told me that it does not have the serial number and that it is a parallel import) in Greece, a technician came and installed software to show that it is from Greece and to be able to run apps like cosmote, eon, etc. Another negative is that the menu often freezes and requires a restart to work properly.

I am disappointed, as I have several products from the company, and I chose to go with their TV because I was quite satisfied with the company, however, this particular TV disappointed me.

What can you say about this television? It's worth every euro. The picture is as if you've bought a 1500 euro television. The sound is excellent, as if you have a soundbar. The speed is incredible, it won't freeze on you even once. I use it for 4k HDR movies and it has never created a problem. With closed eyes. Well done, Xiaomi
