There are hundreds, if not thousands, of study aids for middle and high school students. However, there is not a single aid for new teachers who are about to engage in lesson delivery, whether privately or in a tutoring center! This fact made me think that the time has come to try to turn the knowledge and experience I have gained from 25 years of involvement in private lessons into a guide for new colleagues who are thrown into the "ocean" of parallel education every year, without any help whatsoever.
