Instructions for Use

 1. Before first use, wash the pan with warm water and coat the interior with oil or butter. 2. Do not overheat the pan when it is empty. 3. Cook at medium temperature. 4. Never cut inside the pan with sharp tools. 5. For cleaning the pan, use warm water, dish soap, and a soft sponge. 6. Washing in the dishwasher does not reduce the non-stick properties of the pan. 7. The non-stick coating complies with the regulation for materials that come into contact with food.
