Motorola has completely surprised me with this particular model. It's the first time I buy a phone from this company and I must say I'm impressed. Firstly, it has a very good build quality. It is very fast and the connectivity is immediate and without any problems. Its cameras are excellent, as well as the fingerprint sensor. The battery easily lasts 1.5 days with simple usage, but with fast charging, you can charge it in a few minutes. You just need to order cases through the web because you won't find them in local stores. It also comes with a tempered glass and inside the package, there is a standard backplate case (companies like Apple should take note, as they don't even include the charger). Take it without hesitation.

Motorola g200 and Motorola edge 30. It would be better if I burned the money. They are not worth it compared to the competition. In terms of battery life and stability at low battery, they are not good. Yes, they are nice and good, but the competition, especially Xiaomi, surpasses Motorola. As for spare parts, forget about it. If you break the screen, you won't find anything in the market
Very good mobile phone from Motorola. Purchased in Nov2022. Third Motorola mobile phone I get in a row. I declare myself a Motorola fan. Software upgrade to Android 13 on 12 July. It was a bit late but it happened. It will receive up to 15 as announced. Software upgrade to Android 14 on 21 Feb 2024.

Coming from Huawei and Xiaomi, I can say that Motorola pleasantly surprised me. Specifically, I have the following positive things to mention about the Edge 30 Ultra:
• Very nice design, slim and lightweight, but at the same time very sturdy construction (aluminum frame, etc.).
• Very beautiful display with nice colors and brightness, and its curvature makes it even more impressive. The refresh rate (up to 144Hz) significantly contributes to smooth image transitions, text, etc., without causing fatigue.
• The internal memory capacity (256 GB) is more than enough for the average user and will never fill up.
• The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor combined with the RAM capacity (12 GB) runs incredibly fast, handling anything without lagging or overheating.
• Motorola's software is discreet and very beautiful (no Chinese bloatware, ads, etc.). One can customize it as desired (shortcuts, etc.) to make it even more functional and user-friendly.
• The stereo sound (Dolby Atmos) is enjoyable.
• As for calls, I haven't noticed any problems. I have signal everywhere (Vodafone) and I can hear and be heard very clearly.
• 5G is stable and works flawlessly (tested up to 140 Mbps).
• The fingerprint sensor works quickly, from the moment I set it up.
• The cameras are very good and help you take photos (even in very high resolution) and videos (up to 8K) easily. For more advanced users, there is, of course, the pro mode, which allows for additional settings. Night shots are equally impressive, without much noise, etc.
• The battery life is very good, even though theoretically it is not very large in capacity (e.g. 5000 mAh). It lasts 2 days with normal daily use (bluetooth, social media, calls, browsing, etc.). As for charging, with the 125 W charger, it is extremely impressive, as it takes 20 minutes to go from 30% to 100%.
The only "negative" thing I could mention is that there is not a wide variety of accessories available in Greece, such as screen protectors, cases, etc., and you will have to look for them abroad.
Overall, it is a very good mobile for its price, offering a pleasant overall experience to the user.
Starting from the fact that with a purchase of 822 euros for a mobile phone, we are talking about a category that is quite high... unfortunately, the phone is not worthy of being in this category, nor is its price obviously. The mobile phone is below average... it is not justified for its battery not to last a day, and I'm talking about simple use for my work, calls, WhatsApp messages, and navigation (the only thing that justifies high consumption), which in total does not exceed one hour. Also, what should I do, that it charges quickly when I'm on the move and don't have a socket? Simply, when it shuts down after saying goodnight and you are left exposed to your work, it is much preferable to get a mobile phone for 250 euros that can withstand triple the battery life than this disgrace... I had the Xiaomi 9 Pro and I miss it immensely from the first day of using this fake mobile phone, its battery lasted 1.5 to 2 days and the Motorola doesn't even last 8 hours at work!!! Let's talk about the signal, it supports 5G, but when it falls to 4G, goodbye! It does nothing as if it doesn't have internet, how did we manage our work for so many years with 3G and 4G...?? No, it slows down and doesn't even want to open a page!! Its camera has slightly more vibrant colors than a 64MP camera, honestly, it's a lot of discussion for nothing... screen resolution like a mobile phone for 16 to 170 euros... and I say this because next to the iPhone 7 Plus, its resolution is inferior! Furthermore, when it charges in 2-3 minutes, does the charger and the mobile phone burn? After 10 minutes, you don't even want to touch it comfortably... did we overdo it a bit with the 125W?? And last but not least, when unlocking the screen with fingerprint, it takes 1-2 seconds to unlock, which is annoying, while the Xiaomi had unlocked it in fractions of a second, if you want it for professional use, stay away! If you want it for a photo, maybe you will like it, but it's not something extraordinary to say wow. Also, the sound in the earpiece is very low, I can't hear the people I'm talking to well, and they can't hear me either, there is a delay in the sound on my end, (is it defective??) I have no intention of sending it back and waiting another week without a mobile phone +++ for them to see it and approve it, etc., I prefer to throw it away, to break it. As for charging in 19-20 minutes? From 2-3% to 100, it takes about 26-27 minutes... they didn't measure it correctly... Let's move on to the other issue, it's difficult to find cases on the market, let alone a ready-made screen protector, etc... these are the few things...
The five stars are not enough. The camera is unbelievable, the speaker is stunning, and I don't even have words for the battery and charging. The best value for money mobile, period.

First of all, it is very fast...
Secondly, its photos are unique, as well as the videos... and don't even mention the zoom, etc., of Samsung, it's like we're constantly taking pictures of mosquitoes on the windows... If there is a software upgrade, which is expected, it will be amazing... and it has many capabilities and functions...
Thirdly, don't even worry about its battery, which seems to have a small capacity... It lasts a day and a half easily, even with heavy use... Plus, it charges from 0 to 100% in 20 minutes! Plus, it has wireless charging, 50W! And in comparison tests with many other mobiles with larger battery capacities, it easily outperforms them, except maybe the new iPhone... and that's probably because of the screen...
Fourthly, the sound is perfectly satisfactory, thanks to Dolby Atmos.
Fifthly, during charging, gaming, videos, etc., and in any possible use, it doesn't increase the temperature much, nor does it crash... It's not a gaming mobile, but it's powerful enough...
I had my reservations because of Motorola, but the result proved me completely right.
Now, let's talk about the money... I got it for €899, with a €200 refund... It's worth every penny and more for €700... For €900, considering both the competition and the rise in mobile prices, it's the best you can get, along with one or two more.
It should also be noted that with a 6.67-inch screen, it's a mobile that you can easily handle with one hand, you don't need both, mainly because it's not very wide... and it's quite light!
Finally, regarding cases and accessories... I found, not easily, but with a little searching, cases of all kinds, and quite cheap... With a little wait... Both from Greece and abroad... I even made a special order from France, with my own photo, and for €17, including shipping, I received 2! Connectivity-wise, it works perfectly with my Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro, as well as another one from China, and with the wireless Bluetooth earphones Shark T1, it's very easy and without interruptions...
In conclusion, I am completely satisfied and justified in my choice and the offer, both in terms of performance and financially...

I have tried many, it's nice, I will only write the negatives. You can't find a case and screen protection easily. The software needs a good update to better utilize the cameras it has. I would reconsider at the end of the day.
Transition from the edge+ (2020). The phone is fast (although the edge+ still holds up today), the photo quality is impeccable (I also have a Pixel 7 Pro and yes, it takes slightly better photos but not always and without a significant difference). The battery life is very good (although the edge+ spoiled me since even today, two years later, it lasts longer just for fun) but easily lasts a day with over 7-8 hours of screen time and of course, unreal charging speed (I plug it in, go for a quick shower, and it's fully charged). Three years of major software updates, which means it will receive up to Android 15 and four years of security updates. The curved display (although even with the super curvature of the edge+, it seems somewhat different to me) with a 144Hz refresh rate, excellent color performance, Android as Google designed it with only additions from the Moto platform (chop to flashlight, twist to camera, etc.) which makes the usage even better without weighing down the software, Moto Display (much better than always-on displays), 12/256GB, Snapdragon 8th gen+1, main camera 200MP, selfie camera 60MP, and the other useful features, not gimmicks like 2MP macro cameras that companies like Xiaomi put to fill the back. Excellent build quality with glass front and back (especially the frosted glass back) and aluminum frame (no plastic, looking at you Xiaomi 12T), and so on. Value for money.
