This series of books, as its title suggests, aims to be used as a tool for teaching music writing, reading, and theory. It is a method where melodic and rhythmic material is gradually introduced through children's songs from the Greek and international repertoire. Thus, it bridges the gap from experience to knowledge, from practice to theory in an original way. By singing, the child understands rhythm and melodic intervals and easily learns to write, read (solfege), and listen (dictation). From a very early stage, musical dialogue, rhythmic-organic accompaniment, structure (musical phrases), and polyphony are introduced.

Part A begins with simple rhythmic values and songs that move within the interval of a minor third and gradually extend to the range of an octave (C-C). In the following parts, the material of the entire theory and solfege is followed and completed, while elements of harmony are also experienced and understood.

The series is aimed at educators and students of conservatories and schools. It can be used as a primary textbook, but also as an aid, pleasantly enhancing teaching and enriching the repertoire. The student who is already learning a musical instrument will joyfully discover new material and better consolidate their musical knowledge.
