Very poor quality both for the plastic and the "metal" parts. The plastic broke into some pieces as I was trying to assemble it, and the metal rods also bend very easily. It is certainly a good solution for tight spaces or for a student apartment, but that's about it.
I am attaching a leaflet with instructions for use, it can barely fit up to 3 pairs on each shelf. One tube was cracked at the end from the factory, 2 holes in the black plastic needed a little opening, instant glue was not needed to be used, everything is somewhat tightly assembled. It does its job just fine.
