The new Hoover HF500 is the compact battery-powered stick vacuum designed to deliver impressive performance in collecting dust and debris. The motorized nozzle with an integrated brush prevents hair from wrapping around it during cleaning. When in storage mode, it stands at only 69 cm tall, making it convenient to store wherever you want.
No need to change brushes based on different floors anymore. A unique brush and the combination of soft and hard bristles allow it to effectively clean all types of hard floors, parquet, and carpets.
The HF500 can temporarily stand upright* if necessary, allowing you to handle quick tasks with ease.
*When the stick is in use and you are monitoring it, you can temporarily leave it in its vertical position on hard floors. However, if the stick is left unattended, it must be stored on its wall mount.
The HF500 is equipped with a built-in 2-in-1 furniture dusting tool and an integrated crevice nozzle, which can be easily attached to both the main body and the tube for cleaning high surfaces. It is ideal for hard and fabric surfaces. The integrated crevice nozzle is ready for use for cleaning tasks.
Easy to charge. The battery can be charged directly in the product or simply removed and charged separately. You can check the battery status via the colored LED light on the product or the LED light on the battery if charged separately.

Fully charge the product in just 2.5 hours. Simply plug the connector into the battery on the vacuum to charge it. Alternatively, you can remove the battery and plug it into any outlet for easy charging. The battery is also equipped with an LED indicator light that shows when it is time to recharge or when it is ready to use.
Small spaces? No problem. When in storage mode, the HF500 is only 69 cm tall for storage in a kitchen cabinet or wherever else you want.

For its price, I don't think there's a better one! The lightest in hand of all I've tried, sturdy construction, very absorbent, and easy to clean. Average battery, but personally, we use it in a small house so it meets our needs. We'll see how it holds up over time.
After a year of use, the spiral in the sole broke and it stopped sucking. I took it for service to the store where I bought it and they asked me for 130 euros (almost the price of a new one) for changing the spiral and filters (clogged), which of course are not covered by the warranty as consumables! In other words, after a year of use, it is useless... What a shame for the 210 euros I paid a year ago for its purchase. And of course, I will not buy Hoover again with such bad and expensive after-sales service!
The internal spiral was cut from the beginning and the "2-year warranty" from hoover asked me for 150 euros for the replacement! (I bought the vacuum cleaner for 170€). Unreliable company and wasted money.
The vacuum cleaner is not as powerful as it should be compared to others and in photos you will see its weak point, where it tears. The warranty does not cover it

We got the model with 2 batteries (HF522STPE 011) because we have a cat at home.
It underwent a durability test and here's what we have to say. The Turbo program on carpets lasted 12 minutes indeed. The charging time was indeed 2 hours and 35 minutes as stated by the manufacturer. Now, as for the normal program, I didn't bother testing it since 40 minutes is too long to vacuum an 80sqm house.
In my opinion, it is lightweight and works just fine as it eliminates the need for cords.
The suction power seems good, and the material quality is equally good. It comes with all the necessary attachments.
Emptying the dustbin is easy with just a push of a button, and it's very helpful that the handheld vacuum and the stick can stand on their own (Photo). I didn't have to drill holes in the wall/furniture to support it.
We have a cat at home. We clean 2 to 3 times a week with an electric vacuum (a €250 Rowenta), but today we were amazed by what was on the carpets. Thanks to the rotating rod of the vacuum, the cat hair along with everything else disappeared. We have 4 large carpets and 3 hallways. The ones in the photos were collected using the Turbo program, which passed the durability test.
I recommend buying it to stay within a normal budget.
Over time, I will have a better picture and will come back for evaluation.
It does exactly what I expected!! It is perfect for everyday use, the battery easily lasts for 2 cleanings in a 70 sq.m. house by using the turbo mode a little bit. Quite lightweight and well-built!!

The vacuum cleaner is excellent. Very good materials, extremely practical (can be handheld with a button, while it can be stored at a height of just 70 cm), very easy to clean (the brush opens and comes out, and the filter is washable). Normal mode lasts about half an hour, and turbo mode (which is not necessary in my opinion) lasts about 15 minutes. It also has a silent mode, which has a really low noise level and definitely increases the duration. The LED lights in the front are very good, you can even see in the dark. If you hold it in your hand without the brush spinning underneath, it can last up to 40 minutes. Now, pay attention. Choose the one with the code HF522STHE011. It is the one with two batteries and two filters. We are talking about an extra cost of over 130 euros for these two. Plus, it saves you the trouble of having two batteries and two filters. Additionally, it is the one with a special comb for trapping hair, something that many brushes in vacuums of this kind struggle with. On the positive side, the charging time for each battery is about 2 and a half hours. On the negative side, the dustbin is relatively small, and the position of the power button is in a place where I accidentally press it when I vacuum with a slight tilt towards the floor.

Lightweight and powerful, the model I got comes with 2 batteries and 2 filters so you never run out.... Literally, I have left the classic electric vacuum cleaner aside. It is very helpful that the battery can be charged outside the vacuum cleaner and also that it can be stored upright without having to lean against anything.
In the silence mode, you really can't hear it!!!
It seems to be of good quality, quite sturdy, and at the current price (€200), it is the best I could find in terms of quality and price.
