  The Gimbal does not work after the first day. It was purchased on 21/04/23 and I did some tests with OBS, the next day I had to work with the camera. The gimbal stopped working and the zoom function is not responding well. I tried the camera on different PC systems (i7 8559, i7 9750h, i5-12500HL) and also on Apple systems (m1 and intel), different cables, everywhere the same problem, the gimbal does not work. Firmware version 1.3.1.8

  The best camera out there - with a "but".

  This camera has 2 microphones with noise canceling - and its sound is really good.

  The image quality is truly incredible - even in low light - it outperforms all other cameras by a wide margin.

  It is also on a gimbal and can rotate everywhere. It can follow you, show your office and what you are writing while simultaneously correcting the tilt angle and appearing as if it is from above.

  The two drawbacks it has is why I only gave it 3 stars.

  It is not wide-angle enough - which let's say is not the most serious issue.
  The most serious issue is that it overheats even when it is closed. And we're talking about serious burning.

  The reason is that even when it is closed, it draws power from the USB to maintain its position, because it is on a gimbal and the gimbal never turns off! And it heats up probably due to the internal power converter from the USB.

  Even when you take it out of the box, you will see a special sticker warning you - but you will never imagine the temperatures it reaches! And it will also not be easy to put it on top of a monitor, because it overheats right where it touches the monitor. I will take a thermal photo to upload when I find the time...

  And then the overheating of the base reaches the camera and heats it up too much.

  So unfortunately, as a solution, I take it out and put it in the USB every time I want to use it.

  Apart from this burning issue it has - I recommend it...

  In the images I uploaded - room temperature is 22 degrees.

  I have included a thermal image with both cameras closed - one is cold, the other is 35 degrees above (much more below).

  Another image shows both cameras open, one reaches 39.8 degrees - almost 40 above... I move it a little to the right so you can see the imprint on the screen that heats it up!

  And a photo from below where it reaches 46 degrees !!!! (and you can also see the imprint it has left on the screen)

  We're talking about it burning when you touch it, not joking.
