Better than I expected for this price. The pillows are big and soft. I mostly use them as a second pillow for my back when sitting in bed.

The only negative thing is that the exterior casing makes a slight sound like paper. I would prefer if they had used a different fabric. Also, it is a little softer than I would expect for medium. If it remains like this over time and doesn't gather/deteriorate quickly, it's okay.
