The color of the bulb simulates that of daylight, making it an ideal choice for offices as it does not cause eye strain, and for areas where you do not want the colors of objects to be altered. This particular bulb, if installed alone, is capable of adequately lighting a large space of 20 square meters or more. It can replace an incandescent bulb of 166 watts or more, or a halogen bulb of 100 watts or more, while maintaining the same level of brightness in the space.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
It lit up for one night and that was it. Obviously defective from manufacturing. I still have one more, hopefully this one will last.
I am looking to buy a bulb with a white "dome" for a fixture that takes a bayonet bulb, so it also needs an adapter and it's a struggle to fit it... so I decided not to buy the same one that I have installed in a similar light fixture as the white paint on the glass has peeled off and if I install it like in another similar light fixture, it will look somewhat off (specifically, I have bought this bulb and removed its "dome" to fit it in the other light fixture). If you didn't understand the above, it doesn't matter because the reason I am writing this review is because surprisingly I have read several negative reviews. My bulb was purchased in August '20 from Meidanis store, I made the modification I mentioned above, and I generally use it daily from evening until dawn and it still works almost 4 years later!
The review: for the 13w Natural White bulb with the milky
Very good bulb, excellent Build Quality and Light, warms up a bit, DOES NOT Flicker.
Branded bulbs are more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Financially: 1 Philips = 2-3 Cheap ones, but what can I do when it Flickers and Fades a lot.
The Filament ones, Amazing! for closed Fixtures... Warms up Much Less than all others.
These bulbs are VFM.
I bought 2 bulbs (less lm) and they were installed in the bedroom and kitchen. 7 months later, the one in the kitchen burned out. I didn't pay attention, thinking it was a material defect, faulty product, etc. After a week, the one in the bedroom also burned out, when in the past I had bulbs that lasted for 8 years (not Philips obviously). Unacceptable quality, and I say this because 2 out of 2 means the failure rate or faulty product percentage is very high. Of course, who keeps a receipt for such purchases in order to replace them. Stay away
There is a warranty on Philips LED bulbs if you buy them from a reputable store, if I remember correctly it is 2 years, maybe even more, and they will replace them for free if you bring them the receipt. From 2019 to 2023 it burned out with daily frequent use in a room-office.
I ordered it on March 7th, 2022 and today, November 9th, it burned. It's ridiculous to talk about quality and reliability. Seriously, isn't there any warranty?
I bought it at a light temperature of 2700k, thinking that it has better build quality as a branded product. The light is very good, but after a while, it started making a high-pitched low-intensity sound that is annoying in complete silence. I regret not buying a cheaper one. I would not buy it again.
- I am coming back to say that it burned out on 12/9/2023. It didn't even last a year. Very bad experience with Philips
In December 21, I bought two of the same for about 10€/piece. One of them burned out very quickly, but I wasn't sure exactly how many days it lasted, so when I placed the second one in the burnt one's place, I marked the installation date on it with a marker: 30/3/2022.
Today, 6/6/22, the second one burned out too!
Only 68 days of operation in an OPEN fixture (meaning it didn't heat up) in the kitchen, where I estimate it was turned on for about 2 to 3 hours at most daily.
Philips gives a Nominal Lifetime of 15,000h in the technical specifications (https://philips.to/3PXmMa5).
Mine lasted less than 200h, which is less than 1.4% of the nominal lifespan provided by the manufacturer.
Good lighting, good color temperature, but if I have to replace it 5-6 times a year, I'd rather do without it...
I bought three lamps (purchase cost €6.5 each). They emit a strong, white light that resembles daylight ("cool daylight" as the company calls it), in 360°, without straining the eyes. The best choice at 2,000 lumens, with such low consumption (13 watts). The company states that it can last up to 15 years, depending on the on/off (which is not true, of course). Various data is printed on the top of the lamp, which I would prefer to be on the side of the globe.

The lamp I had on my desk, which I used more hours compared to the other two, has died. I expected it to last longer. Its price remains high.

A second lamp has burned out.
It broke down within a year. Unacceptable product. Do not buy again.
