  Very good! I got it for fishing in the winter. I put an extra thermal insole ("aluminum") under the sole and you really don't feel anything. Of course, the two times I used it, it was not below 5°C, but compared to other shoes (insulated boots or winter sports shoes) it was like day and night. By accident, the sea covered it for a few seconds, but no water got in! Just if you plan to put an extra insole and thicker socks, definitely get one size bigger. I usually wear size 42 (I wear 42 2/3 in adidas), I got this in size 43 and it's just fine for long winter use. In general, I would say that the fit is rather narrow.
