It makes salon hair.. it's a hairdryer, brush, and curling tool all at once. It also helps a lot with frizz for straight long hair 1 billion stars.. !!!!
Okay, it's a Dyson, it has a perfect design, perfect case, but really if you have curly and a lot of hair like mine, it's better to save that money to enjoy it at the hairdresser. As a plus, I would say that it is a complete system, but it requires a lot of time and the right skills!
I simply love it, it creates hairstyles quickly and easily and now I go around with well-groomed hair!!! It is the only device that helped me do it, I emphasize quickly because with a simple hairdryer and brush or hair scissors, it took much more time and caused damage to the hair. The only negative is the price, but I did not regret it for a moment!
Personally I love it. I have thin hair and I can say that it is the best at giving volume. For the curls to hold you always need to use products of course because it is not a curling wand and they don’t stay so much, but since it really doesn’t burn my hair that is very sensitive I’m totally okay with using a mousse whenever I do curls. It is an investment for sure with that money, but I believe it is worth it.
It is a multifunctional device with many capabilities that primarily does not damage the hair with air technology. I bought it for all these reasons and to avoid using a straightener.
- Hairdryer: very powerful, extremely user-friendly and lightweight.
- Straightening brush: excellent, it dries and straightens my naturally straight hair very easily.
- Round brush: personally, I would have preferred it to be larger for more volume. It does a decent job at first glance, but I haven't tried it enough.
- Barrels: this is the essence for which most people buy the product. Firstly, the barrels are very short in length if you have medium to long hair.. I recommend choosing the version with long barrels, you will pay a bit more but at least you get something extra for your money. I think the company should only release the long barrels in the basic version that works for all hair lengths. Now, I use the narrower one out of the two included. They are user-friendly and indeed do not damage the hair, unlike heated plates. However, the process to achieve a nice blowdry for me means that after I finish with the barrels, I have to wrap my curls with rollers or clips. When I take them out, the result is a very nice volume that I couldn't achieve otherwise.
However, with just the barrel without wrapping them, the result lasts for 1-2 hours. Pathetic as a value for money.. Maybe if you don't have thick hair (like mine) it will last longer for you.
So, I will give it a 3/5 overall mainly because of the price compared to the duration of the result. If it was a cheaper product, I would have definitely bought it earlier and with less thought/research.
If you have long and thick hair, it doesn't work, the curls don't hold, and it doesn't straighten well. If you have shorter hair, about shoulder length, then it is very good for curls. In my opinion, the results depend on each person's hair.
