It is much lighter than I expected. It heats up the pots very quickly, just like any other induction cooktop. It requires cookware that is suitable for induction stoves. The stove is INDUCTION and not ceramic. I knew that and that's why I bought it. Keep that in mind. If you don't know if your cookware is suitable for induction, you can approach a refrigerator magnet to the bottom of it. If it sticks, then it is suitable for induction stoves. If not, then it is not suitable. Its functions are great for now. It has food warming (heats food below 100 degrees Celsius), frying (you can adjust the temperature), boiling water (works at full power with 2000 watts), simple boiling (works at 1600 watts), boiling dough and soups (works at 1200 watts). It has a timer that you can set to boil for as long as you want and then it automatically shuts off. Overall, it is incredible for 25€. It also has a fan underneath that works when you turn on the stove and I don't know what its purpose is. However, it makes a little noise. Like a desktop computer, one thing.

The protective casing of the cable has already broken. It is a hard, non-flexible plastic, poorly constructed, without the thick section where it connects to the stove.
The stove itself does not have any issues, it works smoothly, but this is a significant safety concern.
It cannot be fixed with insulation when dealing with electricity. It needs repair or replacement.

First cooking experience, outdoors in the cold. Just a simple frying. If you have experience and can see what's happening in the pot, it's a piece of cake. It's like having gas, fast/intense, quiet, medium, everything can be adjusted. I don't need to write more, it costs 20€ and does exactly what I want. 4 stars because it's the first test.

  We really messed up, looking for a "good" and cheap temporary solution!

So, after purchase, without waiting for it to break, I recommend securing the cord to the base with insulating tape or something else to avoid bending. In any case, it is unlikely that you will find a better solution for this money.

  If you want to try induction cooking, Esperanza is the perfect choice. Additionally, it is a very lightweight cooktop because it does not have glass like most induction cooktops, but a coating of laminated paper. This is both good and bad, good because it is lightweight, bad because a pot got stuck and took a small piece of the surface of Esperanza with it (it did not affect its functionality). We have had it for about a year, use it constantly, liked it so much that we got rid of the electric one and only used Esperanza, until we ended up buying a whole induction kitchen!!!! (Santa Claus is good).

  Now, for those who don't know what induction does: it cooks as fast as gas, if not faster, and consumes much less electricity because it doesn't heat the cooktop, the bottom and exterior of the pot, and then the contents, but it creates heat directly in the contents, generating thermal energy through electromagnetic induction directly inside the cookware. It is necessary to use special cookware for this. If a magnet sticks to the bottom, usually the cookware is okay. Since Europe has been using induction cooktops since the 90s, if you have IKEA cookware from 1990+ it is probably suitable for induction. Induction cookware is not necessarily expensive. In fact, some that are described (completely incorrectly) as "only for induction cooktops" are quite cheaper than regular ones (see 11L pressure cooker).
