For the money, it's just fine. Sturdy construction. Easy assembly. Its arms are indeed a bit loose. I don't have an opinion on the quality of the leather yet because I bought it just a few days ago. Comfortable chair.
It is very good for its price, I have had it for 2 weeks and it works perfectly. Also, for anyone who didn't understand, the wheels only move when you change the position of the chair.
One of the best chair choices that could be made. It appears sturdy and of good quality (not premium). In the price range up to 150 euros, I don't think there is a better one. I bought it and assembled it today, February 24, 2023. It doesn't creak, and I don't notice any concerning issues. I bought it for studying and doing my postgraduate work, plus some PC gaming.
At first glance, it looks very sturdy, as each part had a corresponding weight that you don't find in constructions made of fake plastic. I chose it for its metal frame as I weigh over 150 kilograms and needed something durable. Assembly was a bit difficult and took half an hour, but it has everything you need in the package. As for whether it's warm due to the leather, I still don't know because I bought it in winter. I will come back in a few months for an update.
P.S: To avoid worrying that your chair is defective, like I did at first, read below...
When you fully assemble it, the back of the chair will have enough tilt forward. When you sit for the first time, the back may bend backward until it suits you. Once you find the ideal reclining angle, stay there and push the recline pedal down with your hand until it clicks (it requires some force). This locks the chair at the reclining level you chose and it won't rock back and forth. To change the reclining level, lift the recline pedal completely, position the back of the chair with your body (while sitting), and lower the pedal again.
