  Recently, I bought the XL basket with dimensions 19 x 19 for the Philips air fryer. The model of my fryer was one of the first ones released in the market, a pioneering patent by Philips, the HD 9220, several years ago. Over time and with daily use, the Teflon coating came off the detachable basket. This was the worst thing for health with further use. For this specific fryer, Philips provides the L 16x16 basket, which is very small and floats inside the space. I decided to get the XL one, which is slightly bigger and has a higher price. Even with the XL, there is about 3.5 clearance for the XXL basket, which has a much higher price of 20x20, meaning that every mm of the basket is a 10 euro increase in price. Finding: The XXL size of the basket is compatible with all Philips air fryers, regardless of the model. But the price is excessively high. As for disassembling the handle, the 4 Philips screws need to be removed.
