I have had the mouse for about 8 months.
Having a comprehensive opinion, I will tell you some positives and some negatives. I got it for work and gaming.
Let's start with the positives.
1) Battery life. Having set the RGB, it gives me about 50 hours at 1700+ dpi.
2) Programmable buttons. The best part is that you can program it even within programs, what to do, besides the games. The programming is done through the Logitech G Hub, which compared to the Razer software I have for the keyboard, is much simpler and more user-friendly.
3) The grip is very good and comfortable despite the many hours of use I put it through.
4) It has 5 different profiles for dpi sensitivity.
5) RGB, simply beautiful! I have the black color.
6) For the distance, I don't have a very good opinion because my monitor has a hub and I have placed the receiver there. For me, the distance is just fine.
7) The wheel has 3 buttons (left-right and the wheel itself is a button), and besides that, there is a button that makes the wheel free or allows it to scroll gradually.
8) The mouse has a hybrid switch technology in the clicks.
Now for the negatives.
1) For me, it makes a little noise, but it is not annoying, and this happens due to the hybrid switch technology it has.
2) The weight. Some of you might say it is heavy. For me, it was light, and I added the weight from my previous mouse which was also Logitech.
3) Its price. I found it for around €130. It is quite expensive, being a gaming mouse, but for me, it is worth it.
That's what I had to say, I hope I helped!
Oh, and in case anyone is interested, you can get the Logitech Powerplay mousepad to charge it wirelessly.
I don't need to say much about this mouse!!! 1. Incredible feel with the mousepad 2. Incredible response. 3. It's for medium to larger hands in size. 4. It has many buttons and is suitable for FPS games due to the sniper button that instantly lowers the DPI. Of course, don't be fooled by the 24000+ DPI; you will never reach those values. I can't find anything negative. Before this, I had the Roccat Kone EMP and the Corsair M65. The G502, however, in terms of response and feel (very smooth) is unbeatable; it is far better. I hope I helped.
The mouse has been in my possession for almost a year now. I must say that I will not change it unless it chooses to do so. Very comfortable, many programmable buttons that have personally made my life easier. Its battery lasts with daily use, I would definitely say a month, maybe even a month and a half. The price? A bit steep, but you get Logitech.
I've had it here for a month, I had the first generation cable and it didn't have the slightest issue for 10 years. I changed it because I wanted to go wireless and I got the same model because I was incredibly comfortable with it. For me, it has the right weight; I don't want it too light, which is in fashion. It has an amazing battery; I forget to charge it and I don't turn it off from the button below. If you turn off the LEDs (which I have on), then the battery never runs out. One of the best products on the market.
This is one of the best mice I've ever used, with almost no drawbacks. The build quality is top-notch, feeling pleasant and solid. Surprisingly, my favorite feature is the clicks. Even though it's more of a gimmick on this mouse, as there's no real need for clicks with optical switches, they included it anyway, and I absolutely love it.
So why only 4 stars? For me, the shape is less comfortable compared to my previous Logitech G703 Wireless, or maybe I'm just not used to it yet. The G703 fit my palm perfectly and offered a greater sense of control, while the G502 leaves a bit of space. Additionally, I find the price to be quite high. I chose the Plus model for the RGB, but in my opinion, the extra cost is not justified.
Nice mouse, but I sent it back to get the dark core rgb that I used to have and broke. I think it has a better grip for large hands and also has a pinky rest. Also, the Logitech is very lightweight, which doesn't suit me
Moving from my old g602 that i have used for 11 years. G502 X Plus is lighter - Soft Sliding movements. Accurate precision. Adjustable DPI and Wireless charging with the Logitech Power Play mouse Pad. This is the best mouse i have work with.
As soon as I got it in my hands, after 7 years with the G502 which broke (rest in peace), I decided after a lot of research to get the next one.
Positives: Very good grip in the hand.
Very good weight (I expected it to feel light since I had +1 weight in the previous one).
Works perfectly, etc., you know from the reviews.
But
The negatives: The clicks have a terribly annoying sound, especially in the middle of gaming when you click continuously, it's really irritating if you don't have headphones.
Also, the button on the thumb has a strange angle which personally doesn't suit me as much as the previous one did.
Very lightweight, (for me at least, I wear XL gloves) very comfortable, I like the scroll wheel that has 2 options, either with clicks or just rolling, the buttons are very comfortable and fast for gaming, the Logitech software is also very user-friendly. I am also a previous owner of the g700s (I've had it for many years, it's a black beast that never breaks)
I bought this mouse for light gaming and office use. It is indeed comfortable, sturdy, and has a good grip.
I have been using the g305 for years and was about to buy another one until I found this one for 100 euros on Black Friday.
Personally, I hold it with a claw grip and have no complaints. The scroll wheel is very good and stable. I would like them to add a Bluetooth connection for office use so that I don't have to constantly carry the USB with me.
EDIT: I see it still sells for 140 euros, I don't think it's worth that much. There are much more affordable options that are equally decent. I would buy it again for 100-110 euros.
