    The Brennenstuhl ecolor smart strip works at 16A, is highly safe, and has all the necessary safeguards for overload protection and voltage fluctuations.

    It has 4 sockets, one of which is a fixed supply, and the other three can be controlled either by the buttons integrated into the power strip or remotely via an app, provided we connect the Brennenstuhl connect ecolor to the network.

    We connect the Brennenstuhl ecolor to the network via the Brennenstuhl connect app, but since I have noticed some issues with this app lately, we can use the Smart Life app. Through the app, we can activate the three sockets separately or all together. We can create scenes and automations based on time, weather, or our location. Of course, there is also the interface via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

    All functions are executed quickly, and there are no lags or disconnections.

    I have tried Brennenstuhl products and prefer them in my home for their good build quality and durability.

    A major advantage is their very good price and the fact that it connects independently to the network without having to rely on a Hub.
