The Reflectix is a multi-layer reflective insulation primarily composed of outer layers of high-purity (99.9%) aluminum sheets that reflect 97% of the heat transferred by radiation.

How does it work?

The largest amounts of heat in nature (such as solar heat) are transferred by radiation. Common foam insulation products, being non-conductive, stop the transfer of heat by conduction but fail to stop the transfer by radiation.
The Reflectix, consisting of 2 layers of high-purity aluminum that maintain a sufficient distance between them, reflects 97% of the radiation, achieving the highest thermal insulation results.
