HealthAid's Vitamin C is "gentle" on the stomach as it is buffered. It is enriched with rosehip and acerola, providing higher amounts of vitamin C and simultaneously increasing its absorption rate by the body. 

As a water-soluble vitamin, it is not stored in the body, so daily intake is recommended for healthy functioning. Suitable form for those who cannot swallow tablets.

It protects the health of teeth and gums, especially in its chewable form, and maintains skin elasticity (collagen production). Essential for smokers due to the harmful substances in cigarettes.

This product is suitable for vegetarians.

Dosage

Vitamin C 500mg: 

  • Adults & children over 12 years old: 1 tablet per day, preferably after breakfast. 
  • Adults can increase up to 6 tablets maximum if needed. 
  • The tablet can be chewed, broken, or swallowed whole.
