I have been using this keyboard for about two months. It has a sturdy construction and is quite heavy, which I found very positive. The cable is long enough and satisfactory for my needs. I chose the version with Outemu Red switches and I must admit that their sound is pleasant and quiet for switches of this brand. The only thing that bothered me is that the key colors are standard, as shown in the photos, and you cannot customize them as you would like. However, the keyboard has various effects that can make it a bit more interesting. Even with the LEDs off, it remains impressive and beautiful. Compared to the previous models I had, the CK103 and CK104 from Motospeed, it seems a bit "taller", which may make cleaning it a bit more difficult, as the keycaps are at the same level as the keyboard case. If it were possible to customize the colors, I would easily give it 5 stars.
Generally, the keyboards of this company have issues with the keys. After 1-2 months of use, some buttons stop working or, better to say, you press them but they don't respond. It's better to invest in more reputable brands with higher prices. Now I have the Razer Blackwidow V3 Pink and it's excellent. I'm not a Razer fanatic, but it does a much better job than this Motospeed one.
WARNING! The keys are not RGB. Each key has a fixed color (as seen in the photo) and does not change. It has lighting modes, but with a fixed color per key.
Otherwise, it seems like a decent keyboard for its cost.
1.
It's fine for the money but as soon as you push it a little, it starts to struggle. After 6 months, the W key stopped responding correctly and shortly after, it barely worked at all. It couldn't handle competitive games
I have 2 of them since 2017 and they work perfectly for their price. I added some O rings to minimize the noise.
The only negatives are:
1. The buttons have different sounds between them and there are creaking noises.
2. The num lock LED on one of them is burnt (I didn't bother to change it)
I have had this specific keyboard for 3 years and I can't say that I am satisfied.
Positives
- It has good switches and they are quite fast for blues.
- The lighting is relatively strong and I like it.
Negatives
- It has relatively noisy switches (my mistake for getting blues).
- It is difficult to clean as it collects a lot of dust.
- It does not have full RGB lighting for each switch.
- After 3 years, the color started to fade and turn yellow (I have no idea why).
- The cable is excessively thick and takes up a lot of space on my desk.
Conclusion
I would highly recommend investing your money in a product like the RK61, which has full RGB lighting on each switch + it is 60% and takes up less space on your desk, allowing you to have a larger mousepad.
By the way, it is a good beginner gaming keyboard, although I wouldn't recommend it as much.
2 years of use. At first, the space key started malfunctioning, leaving 2 spaces instead of 1. Additionally, you have to press it in a specific spot for it to register. The enter key also has a small issue. The buttons make a lot of noise for others in the same space.
On the positive side, it has a nice appearance with RGB lights and it is relatively sturdy despite being made of plastic. Good value for money.
Update: I will not buy a cheap keyboard again.
It's just perfect to try it in white color and coke fell on it and it didn't get anything and it didn't leave a stain
Well, even though I give it a 5/5 because it's really good, I have a big complaint. I ordered the ck107 utemu blue and I received the k96, which is basically the same as the ck107 but the letters are on the sides of the buttons instead of on top, which is disappointing for me because I wanted something else. Otherwise, it's very good, but come on, we shouldn't have to ask for something and receive something else. If you try to order the black one with blue switches, the photo will show you what I received, even though it says it's the ck107. Skroutz, do something about it
