Additionally, it offers advanced features such as heart rate monitoring, breathing tracking, step counting, and sleep tracking.
It is also suitable for tracking sports such as running, cycling, swimming, fitness, and more.
Heart Rate from the Wrist
This watch continuously takes your heart rate readings multiple times per second and will alert you if they are too high or too low while you are at rest. It also helps you measure how hard you are training during activities, even in swimming.
Stress Tracking
See if you are having a calm, balanced, or intense day. Relaxation reminders will encourage you to do a short breathing activity when you feel stressed.
Rating and advanced sleep tracking
Understand how your body recovers with the enhanced sleep tracking feature. After waking up, you will receive a sleep quality score as well as an analysis of sleep stages, pulse oximetry, and respiration along with detailed tips to further improve your sleep quality.
Pulse Oximeter
The pulse oximeter sensor measures the oxygen saturation in your blood during the day and in your sleep to see how well your body absorbs oxygen.
Hydration Tracking
Record your daily fluid intake as a reminder to stay hydrated. You can even have an automatic hydration goal that adjusts based on the sweat you lose during activities.
Women's Health Tracking
Use the Garmin Connect app on your compatible smartphone to track your cycle or pregnancy. Record symptoms and receive information on exercise and nutrition and much more. You can also have all the information on your wrist with the Women’s Health Tracking app.
Preloaded Exercises
Let the watch do the planning. With preloaded workouts for cardio, strength, yoga, HIIT, and pilates, all you have to do is exercise. Use the Garmin Connect app and download more workouts for free.
Garmin Coach
You have a personal running coach on your wrist, for free, to help you prepare for your next 5K, 10K, or half marathon.
Minutes of Intensity
Record moderate and intense activity minutes and see when you acquired them throughout your day and in which activity. You can even add them as a data field to view during timed activities.
Garmin Pay contactless payments
Avoid queues at the checkout and choose transaction systems with the contactless payment solution Garmin Pay through partner providers.

This particular watch, after 10 months of use by my wife, is NOT WORTH the money at all.
Build quality: the screen glass cracked in one spot, without any particular impact and without us noticing. Also, the frame is made of plastic.
It doesn't sync easily with the weather.
You pay at least 50 euros extra to get the music edition, but to play songs, you absolutely need some Bluetooth headphones, as it doesn't have a speaker.
The heart rate monitor is good, but the oximeter has discrepancies. For good accuracy, you have to "press" it on your wrist throughout the measurement, so it fits as well as possible.
Average watch faces.
However, it has a good battery.
In general, a very mediocre watch, overrated for its value. With 100 euros less, I personally got the Huawei GT4, which is class superior in every way. Better build quality, has a speaker (so it makes calls and plays music on its own), easy to use with many features.
