Did you find this review helpful?Clearly, you don't expect good quality in photos, videos, and music playback from such a phone, and you don't have such expectations. That's why the relative rating is not affected by this. Otherwise, the quality of the device is quite good. The major drawback is the ease of use. An older model that did its job satisfactorily for many years was more user-friendly. Firstly, the lock button is on the wrong side, making it not ergonomic. But the worst is the menu. One example is finding and dialing a number from the phonebook, which makes it difficult for older people to use. Going to the contacts menu doesn't directly enter the contact list but shows something strange. Even when you successfully locate the contact using the navigation button, if you press OK, it doesn't call the contact but starts editing it, and then it's hard to get out of there because you have to delete all the characters of the name, and there is no way to go directly back to the previous step. So, to call the contact after locating it, you have to press the call button twice. And if someone who is not familiar with technology makes the mistake of pressing OK, they can't figure it out at all. Also, this was true for the previous model as well, finding missed calls is another puzzle you have to solve. Finally, the font, since it is intended for older people with theoretically reduced vision, could be larger. Just a little bit, if it were a bit more ergonomic and had a more user-friendly menu, it could be a very good phone and successfully meet the needs for which it was designed.

Positive: Strong ringing, good call volume, large illuminated buttons, flashlight, charging base (important for the elderly)
Negative: Only 3 ringtone options, the 3 screen wallpapers are colorful and make it difficult to read the numbers on the screen, fortunately there is the option to change them with a simple black photo, only 0.5 MB of memory to add ringtone sounds or wallpapers.
The keyboard locks by selecting a button on the side of the device. This may create problems for people with poor vision.
