The DSC04 HMS is a wooden ladder designed for crossfit training. By flipping the ladder to different sides, three heights remain that can be adjusted to the level of the trainee. The material of the box is wooden plywood, creating a puzzle, ensuring stability and durability in the construction. The corners of the box are smoothed and the center reinforced, ensuring that the training is safe. Two cut-out openings facilitate the transport of the box.
