The first one broke exactly after one year (it didn't pull water) with use of about 5 coffees a week. The company that has the distribution, after checking it and finding out that it couldn't be repaired, immediately replaced it with another identical one which, however, behaves differently and I can say that it definitely makes better coffee. I might have had a defective product from the start or they made some software upgrade. If it lasts over time, I will raise the stars; if it breaks again, it will get a negative rating and I will let you know. The quality of the coffee it makes is quite good to excellent for its price range, and the frothed milk is excellent (with the second machine; the first one produced hot milk). 01/18/2025: The machine broke (the exact same problem) after 2 and a half months. I am preparing a complaint and proceeding with the request for a refund from the company. I don't want to have back and forth with those who treat us as product testers, especially when I haven't consented to that. In the 2.5 months I had it, it made slightly better coffee than the first one, but the steam problem remained, and only by chance did you make the right frothed milk. 01/24/2025: I received only the body of a new machine (as claimed by the company) since for the rest they gave me the previous parts I had. The initial good impression of the company has gone out the window. You will be updated on anything that arises.
