I will talk about scuba diving. The mask traps very little air on the face, resulting in a very comfortable dive without pressure or water leakage! I have tried 4 masks for diving, this is the only one I will take with me, no other!!!!!! Also, one last piece of advice that you may already know is that with this pressure, it will suction to the face, so in general, no matter what mask you wear, do not tighten it, it is not necessary.

It is very small for adults, especially men. I tried it several times and it was pressuring my nose and eyes, and water was getting in. Especially when used with a respirator, it does not fit at all.
