I got it because my old 750D case was starting to bend with the 2080Ti. I had no issues at all with the installation and I believe the base settings will cover several cards. You need a fairly large case to have comfort so you don't struggle during installation. Finally, I should mention that I didn't install the base in the lowest PCI slot but in the second to last one, without any issues.

It was placed in a Cougar Panzer MAX-G Gaming case and holds a Red devil rx 6750 xt. The installation was relatively easy and the result is beautiful, I didn't encounter any problems. Overall, I think it's only meant to improve the appearance of the PC.

Purchased on October 26th. Today I opened the box to install a new power supply and to my surprise, I saw that the plastic parts of the pci-e were broken. It is probably not a functional damage, but in a phanteks enthoo pro tempered glass full tower case, it shouldn't be so difficult to fit, let alone break because it is forced. Difficult installation, fragile construction. I would say maybe in coolermaster cases it has a better fit.

I expected that in a Cooler Master case it would fit perfectly and easily. It troubled me a lot mainly because the riser cable that comes in the package is very rigid and inflexible, resulting in pressure on the motherboard and the base itself, which ultimately does not align correctly. I had to intervene with a makeshift solution to provide additional support from the side of the base (where it touches the back panel of the case) to align it properly and give it extra stability. It is not very flexible on its own as the whole system slightly moves back and forth.
It helps that it has adjustments for moving right-left and front-back, but it requires a spacious case. I don't like that it leaves a considerable gap between the card and the back panel of the case, but it is justified since it is a universal product for installation in all cases.
In conclusion, the result is good. I haven't tried other bases, but I don't think they will be better in terms of build quality, stability, and adjustments.
