Buy one size up from what you measure in your palm. It has good grip on both bars with chalk and clean ones. Be careful with the amount of chalk you put inside the grip that comes in contact with your hand (as little as possible). The price, like anything related to crossfit, is unjustifiable, but these are the only grips you can buy in Greece.
