I will tell you two things about this specific ice cream maker. Essentially, it is a powerful blender. It will not make the mixture for you. You will have to make the mixture, freeze it, and then the machine will blend it while it is frozen. It is not a machine where you put the ingredients in and it comes out as ready-made ice cream. The package contains three half-liter containers that you will fill with the mixture you will make, in other words, you make the ice cream yourself and put it in these three containers, freeze it, let's say for about four hours for sure... And then you take out one container... You easily attach it to the device and press the button to blend it. In 1 minute you have ice cream with a very creamy texture, very nice like gelato. And let's say you don't want to eat the whole half kilo, you put it back in the freezer, and when you take it out again, you blend it again to regain its creamy texture and continue consumption! I think I enlightened you. Happy creations!

It broke from the first use. There are several similar incidents with immediate replacement but here we are in Greece. Improper use and the store that made the import does not cover me. Unfortunately, the machine was not tested so I cannot judge the result. Update: After contacting Germany and the official representative in Greece, they told me to send it back for inspection...   This particular ice cream machine has been in my hands or rather in my kitchen for 2 months and it hasn't taken a day off.

  The mechanism is inspired by the professional blender/ice cream machine Pacojet, where the price starts from €6000... This mechanism, which crushes the frozen mixture, allows it to deliver perfect ice cream texture in almost any mixture. Whether you want to make protein, no sugar, or regular caloric ice creams, it will give you excellent results.

  However, be careful, to achieve this result you need to prepare the mixture you want and it must be properly homogenized, so you need a blender. Also, the 3 bowls will not be enough; you will need to grab a few extras and all of these will take up quite a bit of space in the freezer.

  Many present it as a negative that you have to prepare the mixture in advance, but I believe it is more of a positive because you can prepare all the base mixtures ahead of time, and when you want to eat, you have it ready in 5 minutes and you can add the extras you want. Don't want to eat it all? You flatten it and put it in the freezer, and whenever you want, you can make it again.

  For me, it's a top machine; it requires a bit of research and experimentation, but it offers you many possibilities that are perfect for ice cream lovers.

  An excellent ice cream machine. Although it is not the traditional type of machine that makes ice cream from scratch and freezes it, what it does is quite exceptional. The results are truly impressive. The texture it creates is so perfect and incredibly smooth.

  As a suggestion, I have found the easiest way to make ice cream without any noise is to take a bottle of chocolate milk (I recommend Delta, To Top Mas - chocolate milk), freeze it, and then pass it through the Ninja for the easiest and smoothest chocolate ice cream. There are more complex recipes that I have tried and achieved excellent results, but this is a wonderful simple recipe when the heat is too intense for anything else but filling the container and freezing it :)

  Well the machine can make ice cream at a professional level obviously it requires knowledge and proper cooling it does the same job as professional equipment costing 7,000 euros
  P.S. for every liter of ice cream or sorbet you should add glucose either syrup or powder 1 tsp for 500 ml cooling is very important for the machine to make the ice cream creamy from the 1st round so you should play ball at -16 if you make sorbet with alcohol the spin should be done at least 3 hours before serving
  so far I have made gelato croissant ice cream strawberry and lemon sorbet and they have turned out excellent.
  CAUTION! NO ICE NO ICE CUBES NO WHOLE FROZEN FRUITS THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THE MACHINE WILL BREAK IF THE COOLING IS TOO STRONG MINUS 20 LEAVE 5-10 MINUTES THE MIXTURE OUTSIDE THE COOLING TO GET A LITTLE TEMPERATURE Even a machine costing 7000 euros has problems in deep cooling in specific recipes
