  As shown in the product photo, which shows the 5 (you can tell from the circle at the bottom of the screen, which is not present on the 7), it is the same strap. I bought it for the 5 when the original plastic one broke. Some say it is too tight, some say it is too wide, being elastic and one size, when you put it on your wrist it will loosen a bit and may appear loose at first, but it will tighten again.

  It is good, if you have thin wrists, that once you put it on your hand, you never take it off so it doesn't stretch, and simply remove the device by pressing it to charge it and then press it back onto the strap to fasten it again. If you have thick wrists and feel it cutting into you, you can stretch it a bit since it is elastic.

  Now I have the 7 and when I went to buy a strap for it, I saw that it is exactly the same and I thought they were selling the wrong product in the store, so I didn't buy it. Finally, I tried the 7 on the strap of the 5 and it fits perfectly.

  Now I gave the 5 to a friend who has thinner wrists and I gave him the plastic strap of the 7, which also fit perfectly even though the 7 device is wider.

  Overall, I don't know why they categorize the straps for the 5/6 and 7 separately when the plastic and fabric straps with a rubber frame all fit each other. Only the straps with a hard plastic or metal frame will not fit the other models.

  I hope I helped, it is indeed one size, never take it off to maintain its shape, you can shower with the strap and it will be fine.
