After 2 years of daily use, they work like the first day. The only thing that bothers me is that there is no return of my voice in the headphones when I speak
The worst thing I have ever bought in my life, if I could give it -5 stars, I would easily do it! I have been suffering with it for over a year. The most unreliable thing. I bought a pair from a store through Skroutz, which was also unacceptable; a few months after the purchase, I found out that they discharge by themselves. Even though I had set them to turn off after 15 minutes of inactivity and I always turned them off as well, if I had them fully charged and didn't use them for a week, they would then have 0% battery. Also, the battery through the app had nothing to do with reality; it could tell you 100% that they were charged, you take them out after hours and it says 65%. I return them to the store and wait, I wait, after 2-3 weeks I call the store and learn that they have sent them to Logitech itself somewhere in Canada? America? I don't remember, a month goes by and nothing. I send an email to Logitech, I send receipts and details, and after about a month of emails, they decide to give the order for Logitech itself to replace them for me, I also fell on some of their holidays but eventually they come with UPS shipping. Several months later, the unacceptable store remembers that it had forgotten to tell me that they sent them a replacement product as well (no communication or coordination with the dealership) anyway I tell them that Logitech itself replaced them for me. In the end, the headphones they changed for me also discharge, the Logitech app after 1-2 updates loads as if there is no tomorrow and you have to uninstall and reinstall. At some point, they wouldn't turn on at all, I opened the headphone that has the battery, disconnected the connector and reconnected it, the day before yesterday the microphone didn't work, today it works. You might as well burn your money than buy this.
The worst thing ever!!! Far better off with simple studio headphones for 40 euros with the ability of your PC's Windows petal than this monstrosity. You can't even call what they have surround sound... and they cost 100 euros! Simply tragic!
I was looking for gaming headphones and after reading reviews from reliable sites with extensive tests that rated them very well, I chose them.
I bought them from a well-known PC peripherals store on a weekend offer for about 90€.
First impression upon opening the well-packaged box is that the plastic parts don't seem very high quality. They could have a better finish and appear more premium.
The fit on the head is just OK, although I have a big head and they barely fit, but it's fine. They are very lightweight and after hours of gaming, you forget you're wearing them. They truly don't cause any discomfort.
The sound quality is OK, although the volume is not very powerful. Through the Logitech G Hub application, I adjusted the equalizer to my preference and the sound is great, both for gaming and YouTube. The volume setting is at 75% for normal listening levels. If someone wants more volume, they simply can't...
The battery truly NEVER RUNS OUT. With 2-3 hours of gaming daily, it easily lasts over 5 days. Unbelievable!
In conclusion, the headphones are quite good in terms of sound quality, fit on the head, and battery life. At the price they are sold (over 100€), there might be better options available.
There is a very strong ringing in the left ear with this model. Logitech is aware of it and has not withdrawn it from the market (in a support ticket they tell you to go to the seller to get another one). It's not worth the trouble, don't buy it
It is the most comfortable headphones I have ever worn.
Personally, I use them for gaming and attending classes/meetings (for hours) and they don't bother me at all.
They are beautifully durable, the battery lasts a really long time, and it charges quickly. They also connect quickly.
The opening and closing of the microphone when you do it up and down also helps a lot.
I have nothing negative to say about these headphones, really
Coming from the Logitech G432, the sound is the same.
In shooting games, you can easily perceive the direction of others.
The volume and clarity in games are at a good level.
In terms of comfort, they are one of the most comfortable ones I have worn and they don't bother me at all. I have played continuously for 3 hours, so I don't have an opinion on longer periods of time.
Their battery life is one of the best.
From time to time, they are on sale for €80
I use them for work, studies, gaming, and music.
Positives: very nice aesthetics, comfortable cushions, lightweight headset, long battery life, fast charging, very good sound.
Negatives: no indication of discharge other than a subtle sound that you hear if you listen closely, no indication that it is charging, no setting to prevent them from automatically turning off after a certain time, no control button for functions like answering/ending calls, no control software to manage them.
Pay attention to the cushions: they leave oil stains on surfaces because they absorb sweat.
They don't have good bass, but for their price, they are amazing.
The build quality is average due to the plastic, but this makes them very lightweight and, combined with the foam they have, they don't tire me at all.
I was looking for headphones that I could wear for hours without any problem.
Due to the foam, they lose a bit in sound isolation, but I was never a fan of complete isolation from the external environment.
I do not recommend them for audiophiles.
For work, they are fine. The microphone quality is great, they just don't have good background noise isolation. Besides, if you are looking for this feature, the price goes up, so they are not competitive. Also, if you want to listen to music while working without specific demands, they are very decent.
I don't know about gaming.
Overall, if you find them for 60-80 euros, then they are worth it 100%. For more, not so much because they start approaching the prices of better options.
I found them for 70 euros about 1 month ago and I am completely satisfied.
P.S. The battery life is as long as Logitech provides. They last me 3-4 work days.
P.P.S. After a short period of inactivity (I haven't measured), they turn off by themselves. I haven't found a way to disable it. It doesn't bother me, I just mention it.
