I have connected it to the razer addressable rgb controller and it works perfectly. The only negative is that the cable was relatively short. Also, the glue was generally only present in one spot where the magnet holds it. The second one I bought, I squeezed it a little at one end and when I went to put it on, the last 2 LEDs broke off (the other 20 LEDs work fine) so be a little careful with that.

It has magnets to stand on the computer case and also has adhesive tape which I removed because on one hand the glue was not very strong and on the other hand it was quite thick and made it difficult to work with the magnets. After I removed it, the magnets were enough to hold the LED strip where I placed it on the case.
