I don't know if I got a faulty model or if they generally have issues, but the knob that you turn for the gain has problems.. it would change the gain on its own, and when I turned it, it wouldn't do anything. I had to hold it slightly pressed to change the gain. And when it would malfunction on its own, if I pressed it a little, then it would readjust to where it should be... Poor construction in terms of gain to the point where it makes it useless.. Additionally, with maximum gain, the volume was particularly low and it was difficult for others to hear me on calls...
