The worst running shoes I have ever worn. In the first half hour, my heels started to hurt and gradually I felt discomfort in my knees and lower back. Very hard sole that sounds like you are wearing heels when you walk. After using Hoka, Brooks, and Saucony, I decided to prefer these because of the reviews I read and the price, but I made a mistake. In the end, you get what you pay for!!!
My first and last mizuno, I don't know if it was this particular pair or the model but really no matter how much I wore them I couldn't get used to how crooked they made my step. The only pair that I literally believe did damage to my feet while I wore them. The only positive is their great durability but what good is that with such soles.
Bought for 85 euros. Size 42 weighs 309 grams. It's a shoe for long distances for those who want a heavy shoe. It's heavy because of the sole, it has a lot of material but this material it has is heavy. Good absorption and good response, but for me, it tired me quickly because of the disadvantage. Tongue with tight rubber and hard heel. The fabric is thin, soft, and breathable. The other downside I noticed is that the insole is quite large, it comes out of the sole mold and presses on the fabric.
Very good shoe, very similar in feel to the Hoka Clifton 8 but slightly harder.
For light running, 5-6 minutes per kilometer.
They are relatively heavy but I believe they will be durable. The foot gets very warm, especially now in the summer.
For those who want a similar feel but something lighter, I recommend the Rebellion.
I have bought around 6 pairs of Mizuno shoes for the past 8 years. Such a model has never been released before. Its cushioning is out of this world. You get what you pay for. I only hope that they will last as long as the previous ones. Get it with your eyes closed.

I had the Wave 23 shoes, which were excellent. However, these are something else. I bought them for 120 euros.

Unbelievable comfort, my feet no longer hurt.
Overpriced. Complete disappointment.
