It has 2 disadvantages, the first one is that you can't easily find replacement parts and the second one is that the cap that you change the AA battery got stuck and I couldn't open it, so I had to break it with a straight screwdriver.. unacceptable..

Amazing toothbrush!!! It doesn't "slow down", cleans very well, is quiet, and its battery never runs out. I have done over 70 5-minute brushings with one battery - not 2 - and it still works like new. The problem!!! So far, I haven't found replacement brush heads. I am waiting for responses from potential sellers. And Colgate itself "chews them up". If the problem is solved, it deserves a 5th star!!! 20 days later, the problem with the replacements was solved! It deserves more than 5 stars!!!
