The electrician who came, who had hung all the other lights in the house perfectly, when we opened this one, the connections were terrible... His comment was "the person who made this must have been blind drunk..." We completely changed the bulb and only kept the outer "cap"... the rest went in the trash... the cost wasn't high but I received a defective light fixture
