I can't say that it helped particularly with the colic, but our 2-month-old boy drank it just fine. We will continue with the regular NAN opti pro formula and colic drops because anyway they have decreased a lot and our child has grown.
We got it for colic and constipation after starting with NAN 1. While it helped a lot with colic and reduced it during bowel movements, our baby still has some pain, but it is bearable.
Whatever anyone says will be an individual experience. It seems to have troubled others. After the maternity ward, we started with nan optipro 1 but after 1-2 months, constipation, crying, and difficulties began for the baby. The pediatrician told us to switch to this (sensitive version of the same milk). We tried it and that was it! Everything went well and the baby felt relieved. Until 6-7 months, we took the same without any fear or problems. After we started solid foods and rice flour, we decided to go back to the conventional one - as it happened and fortunately, the transition was problem-free.
I don't know if there are more effective sensitive versions of other milks. We (maybe by chance) had an excellent experience and it helped us a lot. So, I only have good things to say.
Full full full difficulty from the first uses!!!
The child was crying to act!
We used NAN optipro And because the child had terrible colic, our doctor recommended this, we got it and I don't say the only good thing is that it dissolves immediately and we didn't have colic the job for the colic makes it incredibly But it caused us constipation because I did mixed feeding and breastfeeding and foreign because my milk was not enough all day I gave mine and the baby was fine at night I started the foreign and immediately I saw that the baby wanted to go out and couldn't start crying Until he fell asleep and again the same at the next meal and again the same at the other meal until the morning when he drank ours again and then immediately did his business I tried the whole box and we didn't see any improvement until I changed it again and now I will go to Korres bio
We gave it to our colicky baby and it helped a lot. We tried to switch after three months because of its price, but the baby wouldn't accept any other milk, so we kept it until six months and switched to Frisomel second age formula, which the baby happily accepted. We were satisfied and it helped with the colic issues and sleep disturbances the baby had.
It was the third milk we tried and ended up with this one. It drinks it pleasantly and it helped a lot in the child's digestion (we had a terrible problem with the previous ones, novalac bio and frezylac ok) and in combination with the dr Brown's bottle, the colic has reduced. And finally, a well-packaged product, the spoon is not inside the powder for you to search for it. (Although a bit expensive compared to others... it is sold in pharmacies for €18.50)
The pediatrician recommended it to us as a replacement for Nan optipro 1, which we had started from the clinic because the previous one caused a lot of colic in the baby, resulting in him crying and kicking his legs every time he ate and, of course, not drinking enough milk. As soon as we started giving it to him, the baby drank it more pleasantly and cried less. Unfortunately, after a month of use, the baby continued to have the same problem. Also, every time he needed to have a bowel movement, he cried, so we had to change the milk again. Now we have been drinking Novalac IT for 10 days and for now, the baby is doing better. He doesn't cry as often, eats a little more, and his bowel movements are easier and more frequent.
We were using Nan Optipro 1 and our pediatrician recommended the sensitive one as our little one was having spit-ups after meals, even 2 hours later. Indeed, it is much easier to digest compared to Optipro, and the spit-ups have decreased, but it caused severe constipation in the baby from the first few meals, so we stopped using it
We gave this bottle immediately after our premature baby came out of the unit, and at first, he had colic, but he settled relatively quickly until he got used to it. It is gentle for the baby, it does not foam or froth. The gaps are also good overall. The only issue is that it causes reflux for us, and now they mix it with a reflux milk as plain reflux milk caused a big problem in the stomach. It helps a lot with that.
I was very satisfied with this milk. We drank it until the 4th month and we didn't have any colic at all, and my baby easily digested it. She liked this milk a lot!
We started it when the colic started, but it didn't work for us.
Nothing changed in the baby's appearance and, in addition, it caused constipation and the bowel movements became green with a very unpleasant smell.
Every night, the baby suffered a lot.
Our pediatrician told us that such green bowel movements with such an unpleasant smell are not normal.
In the end, we changed the milk again.
Very good product! Our pediatrician recommended it to us for colic and it really helped us a lot. The little one has calmed down a lot! It's worth its money.
In combination with probiotics, it helped a lot with my little one's colic and constipation. It dissolves very easily, and the child drinks it pleasantly. It takes a little time to see results, so don't rush to change it.
Very good milk for babies who have sensitive digestion. I highly recommend it. The baby gains weight with this milk and drinks it pleasantly. It has an excellent composition, dissolves perfectly without any foam, and leaves the bottle very clean without clouding it. Even with my baby, who had reflux issues after using anti-reflux milk before transitioning to stage 2, we switched to this as a transitional stage and had no problems. We continue with Nan 2 without any issues.
It was given to my baby after a doctor's recommendation because the previous one did not help with colic, it was indigestible and caused constipation in the baby. From the very first days, we saw a difference, he drank it happily and as for the colic, the little one stopped experiencing pain. It dissolves very easily!!!! It does not clump!!!! Nor does it foam!!! No comparison to other milks! What requires attention is not to put the powder in hot water. We should first freeze the water to the desired temperature and then add the powder, so as not to destroy some of the essential ingredients it contains.. (I think this actually applies to all milks).
The only negative thing about this milk is that the baby's stools are green in color and smell a lot. (But my doctor told me it is not a cause for concern)
I used it for a month on my baby who had colic and in this aspect we calmed down, however, he still had quite a bit of constipation. At some point, we also had too many regurgitations, so we switched to anti-regurgitation milk.
Digestible and high-quality as a product.
Our pediatrician recommended it for colic and it has significant results.
I don't know if it works for colicky babies as it is the first day I am using it, but from the first use, there seems to be a difference in quality compared to other milks I have tried. It doesn't foam when mixed, dissolves easily in water, and there are no clumps. I give it one star because I still don't know if it will work for colicky babies, but as a first impression, it seems very good
Our baby had constipation for many months with this milk.
It helped us a lot with colic and constipation.
