The HCP 2X is an 800 W stereo power amplifier, designed to extend or modify the car's factory sound system. It features pre-amplified inputs (Pre-In) and high-level inputs (Speaker-In) for connection with any head unit. All Hertz Compact Power amplifiers are made with high-quality components and include a passive crossover system.

Heat is dissipated through the sides of the amplifier, while the HCP 2X system allows the implementation of high-power systems, adjustable for use either with subwoofers or in combination with other amplifiers. Additionally, it has bass boost filters (0 ÷ 12 dB) to enhance low frequencies.
