I bought the mobile phone on 25/01/2023 for 150 euros including shipping. Previously, I had an LG Q7 mobile phone for 2 years, but it had fallen from my hands many times due to my little one, and the screen had been slightly damaged. With the new phone, which I took care of and had no scratches, I was relatively satisfied with its performance, although I had difficulty using it with one hand due to its size. Additionally, it only came with a Type-C to Type-C cable, so I had to buy a charger. I also had difficulty transferring files to my laptop because the cable was not USB. Furthermore, I often faced issues with the Wi-Fi signal, which would drop while other phones in the house didn't have such a problem. Even with calls, I didn't always have a signal. In short, I didn't have the best impressions. On 31/12/23, the camera suddenly stopped working, meaning it showed a black screen when I tried to use it. I tried various solutions and remote assistance, but it wasn't fixed. I took it to a Samsung service center, and they informed me that I had a 2-year warranty. They opened it up and informed me that they would order a necessary replacement part. The next day, I received a message stating that the repair would cost 130 euros. I called to inquire why, and they told me that moisture was found on the motherboard. Damn you, Samsung! Never again! Unbelievable! Stay away!

I have had the phone for 1.5 years, I use it moderately and it was purchased for 200€.
Its positives are that it has a very good battery, the screen has nice resolution, and the sound is satisfactory.
Its negatives are that I have a huge issue with the fingerprint sensor, which almost never recognizes my finger, even though I have tried 3 different fingers, resulting in me not being able to use it... The cameras are quite mediocre (front and back) compared to other phones in the same category, and the video quality is tragic.

After 1 year, I have a complete picture of the mobile phone (first of all, it is worth the money). Positives: good battery, good camera for the price, average video quality, and good processor for its category. Negatives: it takes a long time to charge from 0 to 100, it takes 2 hours and 20 minutes, and it doesn't have good build quality at the back. After 9 months, the back started to shake, and it doesn't withstand falls well, which is why I always have it in a case. Overall, the phone is worth the money, but if someone can afford to spend an extra 50, it would be better to get another Samsung phone

In the negatives, I consider it unacceptable that when you buy a mobile phone of this cost, there is no appropriate charger in the package. Also, the device heats up worryingly when charging and when running applications. Disappointing for music listening, despite Dolby Atmos, the sound is very low. The videos are mediocre. I doubt if the 50 MPx for the rear camera are true. The screen is very fragile, based on a friend's experience with the exact same model. A small drop is enough. Based on these, I consider 160 euros to be too much.

I have had this mobile phone since March 23rd.... Let's start with the basics: firstly, it has a good camera and takes nice videos and photos (I believe that if it had more camera settings, it would be slightly better, but for its price, it's perfect).
My complaints are that since I got it, the battery health has decreased relatively, meaning it lacks a bit in that aspect...
I used to have the TCL 20y before, and generally, as soon as I got this one, I noticed a big difference, meaning it runs programs and such faster... Personally, I use it for social calls and some games... For the usage I have, it's great... Overall, the mobile phone is value for money.

Don't buy this device for continuous use, it won't satisfy you. I'm telling you this before you make the mistake. In my opinion, this device is suitable for older people who just want to take simple good photos, make some video calls with their grandchildren and browse the internet for some news. Then, if you want to give it as a gift to an older person of yours, it's worth it and more. If it's for a child, I don't recommend it. It's made of cheap plastic and it will break. It's not good enough for video-Netflix and generally such good games, I don't even comment on them.
