It cools well, but in order to work, it needs to take air from some external space with the hose it has, and for that to happen, you have to lower the shutters to isolate the heat coming in from outside and keep the window open because of the hose. It also makes a lot of noise, and if used in the bedroom, you can't sleep! Also, keep in mind that it took over 20 days to arrive!!!

Order placed over 20 days ago, we requested a return which was never processed, we received it in well-packaged condition, after 16 hours (not continuous) of use, it took its last breath.
Who is going to send it back to Poland, when will it arrive and when will it come back? I didn't even bother because I would have to pay for the shipping as well
A little noisy but manageable. Well-equipped with a beautiful design. I recently bought it and although it seems well-built, it had a problem with the swing, that is, the air dispersion to the right and left. Cooling is satisfactory.
