    Something that is not mentioned anywhere is that the lumbar and neck cushions are not included (probably). However, they are shown in the product photos, so I don't know if they are missing from my package or if the photos are misleading. Either way, we were very disappointed because it was a gift. If I had known, I would have bought a different chair. Purchased for about 85€ including shipping.
