  The four stars are for the product packaging. The packaging is made of plastic (similar to what they use for cookies) that, if you're not careful when opening it, can easily tear and render it unusable (personally, I put tape on the edges of the tear to prevent it from opening completely). Otherwise, you have to put it in a special box designed for this purpose, so you can use it without the worry of the packaging tearing, or use a professional folding mechanism like the ones found in hygiene stores' restrooms.
  As for the product itself, it is exactly what it should be and it is excellent because it is double-ply paper and can withstand being wet.
  Other paper towels on the market are simply disappointing.
