The sound is excellent for music (and for gaming with an EQ) I've had them for a month now without any issues.
Quite good headphones, has a very good sound. It has a quite enhanced midrange, not necessarily a bad thing, adjustable with eq and comes with a very clean sound. It also has a very good response in the bass even after amplification it remained clear. For something basic, but quality, the kz is for you. Go for it
They are very good headphones. Nothing like the other in-ear ones on the market. Their cable is reinforced and "clicks" onto a special slot on each earphone. They fit exceptionally well (for me) and the sound quality is incomparable to other headphones (Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, Xiaomi, AKG, etc.). The cable gets tangled when stored - not while listening (after all, no cable gets tangled, even the ones from Samsung that have a special design to prevent tangling). However, they untangle easily and everything they offer outweighs this disadvantage. Besides, if you want to avoid tangling, you are led to Bluetooth, but I cannot compare them in any way to the Knowledge Zenith. Also, you don't hear external sounds, as long as they fit properly. With all the other headphones I mentioned earlier, along with the mp3 sound, you also hear external noises... They are worth their money, offering exceptional sound quality, even in the low price range.
So after a day of use, this is my opinion on the headphones. First of all, their construction is amazing for the price. They have a good weight in the hand and are very comfortable in the ears. The fact that they have ear hooks on their own is also a big plus. Now let's talk about the sound. It's simply wonderful. The bass is noticeable and has detail. All the instruments sound equally good with the same good detail. Compared to the Shure SE215, I honestly prefer the KZ every time. No matter what genre of music I listened to, it was great. Additionally, they have very good isolation when you wear them. In conclusion, if you're looking for a cheap pair of IEMs, this is a very good choice to start with.
Note: I tested them with Memory Foam eartips, although I don't know if it will make a big difference in sound but more in isolation
