It worked for 5 minutes with new batteries and then stopped. It's a shame because it's expensive and the child was left disappointed. We will see if a refund or replacement with a different model is possible

Unfortunately, it cannot be heard, resulting in having to shout. You simply sound like you're in the next room rather than on the other end of the line. For outdoor use, you can simply forget about it, as it doesn't do anything. It's better to get regular walkie talkies instead of this. What a shame.
