The nozzles from Superlab are a range of replacement nozzles that can make a bigger difference in the result than you think. Having a high-quality nozzle is like having a sharp pencil, you need it for a great print.
All Superlab nozzles are made from the best quality brass or high-quality steel (depending on the type) and are finished in a state-of-the-art factory. All nozzles are manufactured with a tolerance of less than ±0.01 mm. This means that your filament will have a very smooth and clean surface during extrusion, which naturally results in better prints.
For better results and optimal print quality, we highly recommend leveling your print surface again after changing to a new nozzle. Note that a Superlab nozzle may be compatible with your printer, but the distance between the nozzle and the print surface needs to be adjusted.
The process of manufacturing a Superlab nozzle starts with carefully selected high-quality material. When the material arrives at the factory, it undergoes an optical inspection before being shaped and formed into a long rod. In our process, this is done only once, while in many other (cheaper) cases, this process needs to be repeated multiple times, often 3-4 times, and yet you don't get the same results.
After this process, the material goes through an ultrasonic cleaning bath and is then cleaned and protected from surface oxidation.
The nozzle will now take shape with millimeter precision, with a tolerance of less than ±0.01 mm.
The process of removing sharp burrs from the nozzles is a very important step as it is a big part of the result. If there are many sharp burrs on the nozzle, it will make the nozzle more prone to clogging. Therefore, it is necessary for the nozzle to be very smooth and clean before use. In each batch, a few nozzles are selected and cut in half to ensure that all specifications are met and that the surface is in perfect condition.

Ok, it does its job, I just think it's a lot of money for only one nozzle...
