Olonea Ouromanoz Rapid is a dietary supplement with natural D-mannose from birch bark, cranberry PACRAN®, hibiscus sabdariffa-Roselle Ellirose™, probiotics Bacillus coagulans, prebiotic inulin, and vitamin C from acerola. It helps for the immediate treatment of urinary tract infections.
D Mannose Procistin: D-mannose is a natural structural component of the bladder mucosa. Bacteria adhere there causing inflammation. When D-mannose is taken as a dietary supplement, it is not broken down and reaches the urinary system intact, where it is excreted through urination. Subsequently, the bacteria recognize the D-mannose, adhere to it, and are then removed through the urine.
Cranberry Pacran: Whole cranberry fruit (peel, flesh, seed) with protective and therapeutic action against urinary tract infections.
Hibiscus Ellirose: A plant rich in phytonutrients that rapidly interrupts the bacterial growth of microorganisms related to urinary tract infections and reduces the pH of the urine.
Vitamin C Acerola: The fruits of the acerola plant are a rich, natural source of vitamin C, with strong antioxidant action. The daily recommended dosage covers 96% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C, thus contributing to the strengthening of the immune system and the more immediate handling and elimination of pathogenic bacteria.
Prebiotic Acacia Gum: It has strong prebiotic action, enhancing and balancing the intestinal and vaginal microbiome.
1 sachet 2 times daily. To be taken dissolved in water.

I take it preventively for sensitivity to urinary infections, so I don't know yet if it works, I guess it's okay. The one star is for the taste which I find a bit terrible. I will buy cystanil again which has a subtle orange flavor without sugar or sweeteners and it also has double the sachets in the package for a difference of €3
Well!!! I have a problem with recurrent urinary infections and within a year I had about 10. With this, I saw a bright day!! I have changed a bunch of dietary supplements with cranberry and mannose hoping to see some progress, and honestly, this specific one saved me!!! Try it and then continue with the pills from this specific company for maintenance!!! Honestly, the best!!!
Very good, but due to its high price, I don't take it on a daily basis since it only has 14 sachets. However, when I feel the slightest symptom, I take 1 sachet and see an immediate difference. For more persistent symptoms, I will need 2 a day for several days. When I take 1 sachet and want extra protection, I also take 1 Cranfix pill which is more economical (my own recipe). I don't think it has a bad taste; it's just unsweetened, which is very correct since bacteria feed on sugar and it shouldn't be present in a product against urinary infections.
