Excellent! I dealt with a chronic problem I had with my hands, severe dry skin and psoriatic-like eczema. Having tried everything from moisturizers, medicinal creams, corticosteroid ointments, and many other things for years, with a literally random purchase (it also has an excellent scent), I saw my hands like I haven't seen them since I was a child! I still can't believe it. I don't know if the company knows it, but they have created an excellent product that is not just cosmetic. Thank you!
