    Although expensive, it is an extremely high-quality construction. I have had it for about a year. It is easy to clean, withstands heavy utensils (such as pressure cookers), and the lip on the bottom is positioned over the sink, preventing water from staying inside and eliminating the need to constantly empty it (as was the case with my previous dishwasher). The two compartments for cutlery and the special compartments for stemmed glasses are also a plus.
