For those who are skeptical due to the cost, do not have any doubts!!! Having used at least 4 similar grinders (of much lower value), it is worth every penny and more!!

Excellent! First time I used a professional grater, as I always had the classic ones that all houses have. The difference is huge, as with a lemon I tried, I didn't even need to exert pressure. The peel that was cut was exactly what I needed, without the white part that is bitter. It's worth its money.

By far the best grater I've ever had! More expensive than other similar ones but worth its money!

Excellent. It is an expensive hobby but worth it. I have bought cheap ones three times and sweated to avoid them releasing the bitter white part of citrus fruits. This one produces more zest and finer shavings. I use it daily in both savory and sweet dishes.

Extremely much better than regular graters, especially for lemon zest, etc. It's worth its money (it was recommended by the American test kitchen, and that's why I bought it)

You get what you pay for. Awesome tool, it effortlessly peels citrus fruits. I don't use it for cheese because I have another one. It's easy to clean. It also has a safety cover. I hope it lasts over time

Excellent grater, you don't even need pressure to grate cheese or zest, it washes easily and doesn't cut your hands while washing.
